Who we are
The data controller is Κ. ΨΩΜΑΣ ΚΑΙ ΣΙΑ Ε.Ε. (“Reel Good”), Korytsas 71, Papagou, Athens, Greece. Contact: info@reelgood.gr.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email, company, phone, project type, your message, and how you reached the site (for example UTM tags or an ad click ID). We use it only to reply and to learn which channels bring in enquiries. Legal basis: steps before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest.
- Analytics (with your consent): Google Analytics 4 records pages, clicks, video plays and scroll depth. Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used, such as clicks and scrolling, so we can improve them. Before you consent, Google Analytics sends only cookieless pings with no identifiers.
- Server logs: our host, Hostinger, keeps technical logs such as IP addresses for security.
Cookies and storage
rg-consent(local storage): remembers your cookie choice.rg-source(session storage): remembers how you reached the site until you close the window._ga,_ga_*(Google Analytics, only after consent): up to 2 years._clck,_clsk(Microsoft Clarity, only after consent): up to 1 year.- YouTube and Vimeo videos load only when you press play, through youtube-nocookie.com or with Vimeo tracking turned off.

Who processes data for us
Hostinger (hosting and email), Google Ireland (Google Analytics) and Microsoft Ireland (Clarity). Some data may be transferred outside the EU under standard contractual clauses. We do not sell data or use it for third-party advertising.
How long we keep it
Form messages for up to 3 years, or for as long as we work together and tax rules require. Analytics for 14 months.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, and object to its use. Write to info@reelgood.gr. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
